A counsellor
will respond to your request form, by e-mail,
within 3 working days. We may request
further information from you in order to establish
whether we can take you on as a client. If we
decline your request for counselling we will
detail all our reasons in an e-mail.

If we accept you for
counselling the e-mail will include instructions for
payment, and a choice of dates and
times for your
initial session. This session
will take place once we have confirmed
receipt of payment for the introductory session. During the first session your
counsellor will explain the procedures
and we will agree on the number of
sessions, dates and times and the cancellation procedure. After
the initial session the counselling agreement
will be e-mailed to you, confirmation of acceptance
should be e-mailed prior to the next
session. If you choose face-to-face counselling the agreement will
be completed at the initial session.
